No answer? We ask again. Still broken after 2 weeks? It goes higher: customer service, the Region G director, and after 5 weeks the City Ombudsman.
When it is fixed, tap "Yes, it is fixed" on the tracking page. Two neighbours saying so moves it to the Fixed list. Everything is public.
